Thanks to our lovely friends at @StudioShowoff, we'll be partying at their base of operations in Brunswick, Victoria! Located 20 minutes from Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) via the M2, and 20 minutes from the main CBD, the venue can easily be accessed by public transport (train, tram or bus) or car (with nearby parking available).
Once you get there, we'll be hanging out, making friends, drawing in each other's sketchbooks and lifting each other up while a rotating roster of classic and current indie animations will be playing as ambience. Plus, we'll also be screening a couple brand new ones never before seen yet in a special premiere event, so keep your eyes peeled for that!
After the meetup concludes at 10pm, we'll be hopping over to one of the nearby pubs for a sick after party!

Why tickets?
As this is a public event, the organisers and I will need to get an accurate headcount for insurance and additional hiring, and after discussing with our colleagues for feedback, we felt that the $20 fee would be appropriate, while also helping cover the cost of the venue.
How old do you have to be to attend?
YOU MUST BE 18+ TO ATTEND THE MEETUP.
As alcohol will be available on location, and potentially mature content will be screened, we'll only be allowing those who are 18 or older to attend.
What's the venue capacity?
Due to the size of the location, we will be capping off the amount at 80 PEOPLE to avoid any potential overcrowding.
