You know the high renaissance correct? One of the most defining pieces of art from that era is the Mona Lisa by Leonardo Da Vinci. For centuries this painting has encapsulated the awe and wonder of humans and for many more centuries it will do so. The piece is timeless, nothing seems like it could ever come close to the universal recognition that it has. Until a man named Cam uploaded his movie “woah sharks” to Newgrounds.com. The music, the elegance of the sharks bouncing up and done as the play their hearts out with their trumpets, it is perfection in an AVI format. People from all over the world gather to watch woah sharks everyday, even more so than the Mona Lisa. The instant fame over night shows that Cam is one of the world’s most ingenious artists of not just our time, but of all time. There will never be anything ever again that could possibly rival the sheer brilliance that is “woah sharks”.
i couldnt have said it better myself
As if the mullet alone wasn't funny enough!
Not gonna lie, I thought that this was pretty good! The art style was rough and messy in a charming way, the animation was slick, and a few of the jokes made me chuckle as well.
The music was nice as well, however, I thought that the audio mixing could've been better, as most of the time, the voices were drowned out by the music and sound effects.
Regardless, this was well worth the wait, and I'm looking forward to any new potential episodes, as well as your other animations, in the near future!
woops lol
why
All in all, I thought this was pretty good! The art & animation was top notch, and the jokes landed as well, with me getting a few laughs out (especially during the Chris Hansen part).
My only complaints would be that the shot with Junji's inner thoughts lasted a bit too long (however, that may just be me), and similar to your Dragonpalz toon, there was a lack of background music to liven it up and add more emotion to the scenes.
Aside from those things, you did a pretty good job, and I can't wait to see what you have to offer next!
I have nothing to add to this other than that I'm mad I can't write my own review for this wtf
